Itinerary

Day 1

Arrive in Kathmandu and transfer to your hotel. Rest and prepare for the expedition.
Day 2

Attend a briefing at the expedition office. Check equipment and finalize preparations.
Day 3

Scenic drive through the countryside to Beni.
Day 4

Begin the trek with a relatively easy walk along the Myagdi Khola.
Day 5

Continue the trek through lush green forests and small villages.
Day 6

Steeper trails as you ascend to the village of Muri.
Day 7

Trek through terraced fields and forests.
Day 8

Enter the dense forest zone with stunning views.
Day 9

Continue through dense forest and cross several streams.
Day 10

Rest and acclimatize to the altitude.
Day 11

Traverse the glacier and moraine fields.
Day 12

Steep and challenging ascent to the base camp.
Day 13-15

Prepare for the higher altitudes and review climbing techniques.
Day 16-35

Establish higher camps (Camp I, Camp II, Camp III) and attempt the summit.
Day 36

Descend back to the base camp after the summit attempt.
Day 37

Cross the French Col and enter the Hidden Valley.
Day 38

Descend through the remote Hidden Valley.
Day 39

Continue descending to the village of Marpha.
Day 40

Short drive to Jomsom and fly back to Pokhara.
Day 41

Return to Kathmandu and transfer to your hotel.
Day 42

Transfer to the airport for your departure.

  • Porters to carry up to 45 kg per member to and from the Base Camp
  • Equipment provisioning such as glamping dome tents, dining tents, kitchen tents, communication tents, shower tents, and toilet tents, tables, chairs, heaters, etc.
  • High-altitude equipment including high tents, shovels, ropes, EPI gas, gas burners, high-altitude food, etc.
  • Oxygen supply: 3 bottles for each member and 2 bottles for climbing Sherpa
  • Summit masks and regulator sets for each member and climbing Sherpa, with extras available during the summit day if needed
  • Meals and beverages provision including continental, Nepali, Indian, and Chinese cuisine, hot drinks, tea, coffee, fresh fruits, canned beverages, energy drinks, light snacks
  • Welcome and farewell dinners in Kathmandu
  • Generators or solar systems for charging electronic devices
  • Gas heating systems in dining areas at base camp
